Orders & Shipping

SHIP TIME
Our processing time is 1-2 weeks, our team handcrafts most of our products. While we pay close attention to detail, we try to get your items out as quickly as possible. Some items are ready to ship, see specific product listing for more details about processing times for that particular item. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

RETURNS
We understand there can be problems with an order, if for any reason a problem arises or you are dissatisfied with your order, please fill out the form on the Returns page. We accept returns* within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a follow up e-mail from us with details on how we plan to process your return. Once we receive the item back, we will fully refund your order within 30 days of your purchase, minus the original cost of shipping. The item must be in new, like-new condition. Return shipping & packaging will not be covered by Simply Inspired.

*Custom & Personalized Orders: Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to except returns on custom orders.

EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchanges on non-personalized items for different sizes, such as metal words, table runners or painted signs within 30 days of delivery date. Please fill out the form on the Returns page. In the "Reason for Return" box leave us a note letting us know the reason for your exchange and the size you would like to exchange. You can expect a follow up e-mail from us for details on your exchange. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect item to be sent back to us.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
We strive to pay very close attention to each order, however mistakes happen. Please fill out the form on the Returns page. In the "Reason for Return" box leave us a note letting us know you received the incorrect item. You can expect a follow up e-mail from us with details on when the correct item will ship. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect item to be sent back to us.

ITEM DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE
While we pack our items very carefully and use quality packaging materials to ship our products, shipping & transit mishaps do happen. We are always very willing to work with you to resolve these issues. To expedite this process, please send us an email to info@simplyinspiredco.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged item and packaging. You can expect and email back from us to confirm we are working on your replacement item.
